We wish to emphasize that marijuana (aka weed, ganja, cannabis, Maryjane, grass, pot) in any form is still federally illegal, and that in theory the government can arrest anyone using or possessing it at any time and in any State it might choose.  Various States have passed legislation allowing some form or other of cannabis to be used for medicinal purposes under strict guidelines and in specific jurisdictions.  A few have passed legislation allowing controlled recreational use. We are firmly opposed to the use of cannabis in any form where it is not yet legally authorized.
